Warranty Coverage
This warranty applies exclusively to Imm ONEDTL Thermolaminates and does not extend to any other laminates, foils, or products offered by DesignTree.
The 10-year warranty covers manufacturing defects and colour fading.
DesignTree's liability is limited to the value of the product and does not cover consequential or incidental damages.
Eligibility & Terms
The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the first purchaser of the product.
Repair or replacement will be handled only by authorized company representatives.
In case of product replacement, the warranty will continue for the remaining duration of the 10-year period.
The company may retain the replaced product and reserves the right to substitute it with the closest matching design if the original is unavailable.
The warranty does not cover product demonstration or installation services.
Any disputes arising from this warranty shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
Limitations & Exclusions
This warranty is not applicable under the following conditions:
Improper installation, use, or maintenance not following the company's official guidelines (available on DesignTree's website).
Absence of a valid original purchase invoice or if the product was not purchased from an authorised dealer.
Any repairs or modifications done by unauthorized personnel.
Normal wear and tear, or aesthetic variations.
Damage resulting from defects in surfaces or flooring where the product is used.
Damage caused by:
Acts of God (natural disasters, fire, flood, etc.)
Transit damage or mishandling post-purchase
Pests, insects, or rodents
Accidents, negligence, or improper usage
Claim Process & Additional Repairs
In the event of a defect, the buyer's sole remedy is repair or replacement of the product.
The company is not liable for refunds or for damages to furniture, areas, or items where the product was installed.
If damage is not covered under warranty, repair services may be provided at a reasonable cost, subject to a formal request to the customer service department.
