About the Role:

We’re looking for a Creative Director (Offline & Brand Experience) to lead the visual identity and creative direction of our offline brand assets—including sample kits, catalogs, brochures, exhibitions, and trade events. This role is about bringing high-touch design to every physical touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities:

Samples & Packaging

• Conceptualize and design laminate sample kits, folders, and swatch tools that feel premium, tactile, and on-brand
• Coordinate materials, print finishes, and formats with vendors and production teams
• Create a unified design language for physical product experience

Catalogs & Print Collaterals

• Design or direct layout, typography, product presentation, and storytelling in brand catalogs, lookbooks, and brochures
• Build a scalable visual structure for new product introductions and seasonal updates
• Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure accuracy and impact

Exhibitions & Events

• Conceptualize booth layouts, graphics, and visual identity for trade shows, dealer meets, and design events
• Work with fabricators, printers, and event vendors to ensure quality execution
• Translate the brand's premium positioning into immersive physical experiences

Creative Oversight

• Ensure consistency in visual tone, branding, and messaging across all physical formats
• Approve mock-ups, print proofs, and sample prototypes before final production
• Build brand guidelines for offline use

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in creative direction, preferably in architecture, interior, or design-driven brands
• Strong portfolio in print, packaging, exhibition, and spatial design
• Excellent knowledge of print processes, materials, and production timelines
• Comfortable working with vendors, printers, and large-format graphics teams
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or 3D visualization tools

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager who understands the architecture, interior design, and materials industry—someone who can build relationships, generate leads, and turn opportunities into long-term growth.
This role combines on-ground hustle with strategic thinking—connecting with architects, designers, OEMs, and channel partners to expand DesignTree’s presence across regions.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Expansion

• Identify new business opportunities in key regions across India
• Map and build relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and OEMs
• Expand dealer/distributor network and onboard new trade partners

Client Engagement & Conversion

• Present product range, samples, and catalogues to decision-makers
• Conduct product demos, site visits, and follow-ups
• Collaborate with design teams to pitch tailored solutions

Sales Strategy & Reporting

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Track lead pipelines using CRM tools or internal systems
• Report market trends, competition, and customer feedback to HQ

Event & Field Support

• Represent DesignTree at exhibitions, trade shows, and regional events
• Support with organizing and executing events, architect meets, or dealer gatherings

Requirements:

• 3–6 years experience in business development/sales in building materials, laminates, or interiors
• Strong network in the AID (Architect, Interior, Designer) ecosystem
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Willing to travel and meet clients regularly
• Fluent in English + Hindi (regional languages a bonus)

We’re looking for a Motion Graphic Video Editor to bring our finishes, textures, and stories to life through powerful visual content. This role will focus on creating Instagram reels, product explainers, event recaps, brand films, and animated content that feel premium, modern, and brand-aligned.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Editing

• Edit engaging short-form videos (Reels, YouTube Shorts, IG Stories) for product features, textures, and finishes
• Create product explainers and how-to videos using a mix of live action and motion graphics
• Assist in editing offline event footage into impactful, professional highlight reels

Motion Graphics

• Design smooth, brand-aligned animated text, logo reveals, transitions, and on-screen infographics
• Bring catalogs, features, and technical specifications to life through dynamic animations
• Work with flat visual assets (e.g., swatches, textures, renders) to build motion-rich storytelling

Branding & Visual Consistency

• Maintain visual and tonal consistency across all outputs
