Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all plant processes, from production to maintenance, are aligned with SOPs, maintaining consistency.
• Regularly monitor and ensure production and maintenance teams strictly follow SOPs and their checklists, identifying gaps and implementing improvements as needed.
• Conduct regular internal audits of production and maintenance schedules to verify compliance, spot inefficiencies, and recommend corrective actions.
• Lead and manage ISO certification processes, ensuring the plant meets all necessary compliance standards, and maintain all related documents.
• Conduct trainings related to Kaizen and other quality aspects.
• Work closely with departments to identify opportunities for process improvements that enhance quality, reduce errors, and optimize operations.

Maintenance Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our world-class manufacturing facility in Mundra, Gujarat. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of all utility machines and equipment at our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of all utility machines including Boiler, Chiller, Compressor, Cooling Tower, and RO Plant.
• Prepare and maintain health cards for all machines.
• Prepare and update the list of required spare parts for each machine and ensure timely availability.
• Maintain daily maintenance reports and ensure proper record keeping.
• Monitor equipment performance and identify potential areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for any external maintenance or repair work.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and operational standards during maintenance activities.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in maintenance of utility machines in a manufacturing setup.
• Good knowledge of boilers, chillers, compressors, cooling towers, and RO systems.

• Work closely with the internal sales and marketing teams to execute strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, market dynamics, and customer needs to position our products as the top choice.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in the related field.
• 4–5 years of proven sales expertise, ideally in the Building Materials, Plywood, Wood Panel, or Laminates Industry.
• A strong and reliable network of OEMs and Architects.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with frequent travel.
