Accounts Executive
About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with hands-on experience in Tally Prime, GST, and Income Tax. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely entries of all petty cash transactions.
- Create purchase indents in Tally for stock items and new ledger creation.
- Verify and input data for stock items and ledger creation in Tally.
- Prepare and process purchase orders for both domestic and import transactions.
- Enter and manage purchase invoices and administrative expenses in Tally.
- Categorize and record all admin and expense-related invoices accurately.
- Maintain and update travel-related data for management records.
- Record all income related to canteen and other facilities.
- Verify GSTR-2B data and ensure timely collection of all pending invoices.
- Maintain proper records of all invoices for easy retrieval during audits or reviews.
- Handle and record all debit notes related to purchases.
Requirements:
- Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other basic accounting tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field.
Accounts Executive
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive with strong knowledge of accounting practices and hands-on experience in Tally Prime, GST, and Income Tax. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of independently handling day-to-day accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally Prime.
- Prepare and maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and financial statements.
- Handle GST filings, reconciliations, and returns.
- Prepare and assist in Income Tax computation.
- Maintain records for TDS, vendor payments, and statutory compliance.
- Assist in audits and coordinate with auditors as required.
- Support management with financial data.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and other basic accounting tools.
- Ability to work independently with accuracy and responsibility.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field.
Maintenance Engineer
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our world-class manufacturing facility in Mundra, Gujarat. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of all utility machines and equipment at our facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of all utility machines including Boiler, Chiller, Compressor, Cooling Tower, and RO Plant.
- Prepare and maintain health cards for all machines.
- Prepare and update the list of required spare parts for each machine and ensure timely availability.
- Maintain daily maintenance reports and ensure proper record keeping.
- Monitor equipment performance and identify potential areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for any external maintenance or repair work.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and operational standards during maintenance activities.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in maintenance of utility machines in a manufacturing setup.
- Good knowledge of boilers, chillers, compressors, cooling towers, and RO systems.
Sales Executive

Requirements:

- 4–5 years of proven sales expertise, ideally in the Building Materials, Plywood, Wood Panel, or Laminates Industry.
- A strong and reliable network of OEMs and Architects.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with frequent travel.
