Job Role

1) Assist the Production Manager in developing and implementing production schedules that meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization.
2) Monitor production processes to ensure they adhere to established quality standards and safety protocols.
3) Conduct regular equipment checks and coordinate preventive maintenance procedures.
4) Oversee and train production line personnel, promoting a safe and productive work environment.
5) Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement new methods to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
6) Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.

2. Conduct colour matching to ensure consistent and accurate colour reproduction across different laminate batches.
3. Test and evaluate the performance of colour pigments and dyes, including lightfastness, heat resistance, and chemical resistance.
4. Maintain detailed records of colour formulations, test results, and quality control data.
5. Collaborate with designers, product development teams, and quality control personnel to ensure colour consistency throughout the production process.
6. Stay up-to-date on the latest colour trends and technologies in the laminate industry.
7. Research and recommend new colour pigments and dyes to meet evolving customer needs and industry standards.
8. Troubleshoot colour-related production issues and develop corrective actions.
9. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations related to handling chemicals.

Qualifications

2. Master batch Manufacturing.
3. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the plastic film industry or related field..
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality control.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
8. Working knowledge of relevant colour measurement instruments (e.g., spectrophotometers) is a plus.
